Joshua Davis, Lamar Nottage, and Preston Pinder to be Ordained Deacons

The Anglican Diocese of The Bahamas and The Turks and Caicos Islands is pleased to announce the upcoming ordinations of Joshua Davis, Lamar Nottage, and Preston Pinder. All three men have completed their theological studies at Codrington College in Barbados and earned first-class honours from the University of the West Indies.

Their ordinations to the Holy Order of Deacons are scheduled as follows:

• Joshua Davis will be ordained on Friday, July 25, 2025, the Feast of St. James the Apostle, at Holy Spirit Church, Chippingham, New Providence, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

• Lamar Nottage will be ordained on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, the Feast of the Transfiguration of our Lord, at St. Gregory’s Anglican Church, Carmichael Road, New Providence, also at 7:00 p.m.

• Preston Pinder will be ordained on Friday, August 8, 2025, the Feast of St. Dominic, at the Pro-Cathedral of Christ the King, Freeport, Grand Bahama, starting at 7:00 p.m.
